Nurseries by Gymfinity Kids is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in its care and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. In line with this commitment, we ensure that all staff are trained appropriately enabling them to recognise and react to any concerns they have about a child or member of staff/volunteer.
We believe that children have a right to play and learn in a supportive, caring and safe environment. Which includes the right to protection from all types of abuse, where staff are vigilant to any signs a child might be at risk.
We have a number of policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding commitment that you are able to view at your request in the nursery.
Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies, when there are concerns about a child’s welfare. We will ensure that our concerns about the children we care for are discussed with parents/carers first. Unless we have reason to believe that such a move would be contrary to the child’s welfare.

The staff have been great and through her settling in sessions in September she has settled really well. I love seeing the photos they post on the parent app of what she has been up to in the day. She is always happy to go which is really reassuring.
My daughter shows me the gymnastics she has been learning when she comes home and I've also noticed that her speech and vocabulary have really improved since being there. All the staff are really welcoming and with the many questions I have asked are very knowledgeable.
My twin boys have absolutely LOVED settling in at the Nursery at Gymfinity Maidstone! The team have made the boys so welcome and they love telling me all about the gym work they have been doing and playing in the garden!
The staff have all been exceptional especially during lockdown when both my partner and myself still had to work, they kept the nursery open for her without question. Our daughter always feels happy and safe to be left at the nursery which makes it a little bit easier leaving her knowing that she is safe and content.
My son has been going to the nursery since he was 6 months old and from the first day, he felt like he was at home. Two months later he is getting better and better day by day. They are helping him with crawling, make his first steps and trying different types of food.
My son has started walking at only 10 months old due to the wonderful facilities available he has gained the confidence due to the soft gymnastic floors.
My little girl loves the very well maintained garden and I have extremely close bonds to all staff, they all know my children and their routines very well.
We started our little girl in August 2020 and she has loved every moment to date. The facilities at the venue are amazing, lots of interactive toys, stimulating activities and safe places to play, explore, learn and have fun. In addition to the nursery space, the children have full access to the fully equipped gym floor, with daily sessions facilitated by qualified gym
Super nursery. Caring staff. Great activities
My daughter joined Nurseries by Gymfinity in September 20202, and we fell in love with everybody and everything. The team and the nursery are amazing. She developed a lot, surrounded with so much kindness, love and care. It'll be very difficult to say goodbye when reception time comes
