Nurseries by Gymfinity Kids is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in its care and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. In line with this commitment, we ensure that all staff are trained appropriately enabling them to recognise and react to any concerns they have about a child or member of staff/volunteer.
We believe that children have a right to play and learn in a supportive, caring and safe environment. Which includes the right to protection from all types of abuse, where staff are vigilant to any signs a child might be at risk.
We have a number of policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding commitment that you are able to view at your request in the nursery.
Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies, when there are concerns about a child’s welfare. We will ensure that our concerns about the children we care for are discussed with parents/carers first. Unless we have reason to believe that such a move would be contrary to the child’s welfare.

Our activities and teaching practices are developed around three pillars of excellence: nourishment, development and movement.
A nutritious, balanced diet is one of the key ingredients to a healthy lifestyle, so your little ones grow up with all the energy they need.
Practicing mindfulness develops the whole brain and helps children to understand their emotions with a positive outlook.
